Steps to obtaining a license as a Local Pastor

A summary:

1. Become a certified candidate;
2. Receive the recommendation of the District Committee of Ordained Ministry.
3. Complete the studies for the license for pastoral ministry (Licensing School).
4. Receive approval by the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry and the executive session of the Annual Conference.
